How shampoo cleanses the hair
Water and shampoo mix together on the hair.
The hydrophilic head is drawn to the water and the hydrophobic tail is drawn to the oil.
This creates a push and pull effect on the oil and dirt, lifting it from the hair and scalp.
The dirt then becomes part of the lather and is removed when you rinse the hair.
